ORDERS
This website will illustrates samples of the designs that I currently make, as well as already made items. As all items are handmade by me no two pieces will ever be completely identical to the pictures unless the description states the item is already made. Colors may vary slightly.
In most cases items will be made and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of order and payment. Payment may be made by Paypal or cash for local pickup.
If the item is being sent as a gift, I am happy to additionally gift wrap the item and include a short typewritten message from the purchaser at no extra charge.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation numbers. Delivery Confirmation numbers will be sent to you when the item is shipped. Pre-made items will be shipped within 5 days of payment confirmation. Custom orders will be shipped within 10 days of payment confirmation.
If you need an item by a specific date please contact me at [email protected] BEFORE ordering and I will do my best to meet your needs. If Express shipping is needed there will be an additional shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are not located in my shipping areas but would like to make an order please contact me at [email protected]. I will look up the shipping costs and will custom make a listing for you.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Since each item is handmade and unique I do not accept returns. Exchanges will be made in the case that the item is not the item ordered or is in the wrong color/design.
PRIVACY
Your personal information will not be sold or shared with anyone or any third party business/organization. Any personal information required is for billing and shipping purposes only.
